Over the past 20+ years, Jennifer has dedicated her professional career to helping financial institutions reach their marketing and communication goals. From checking acquisition to compliance notifications to digital marketing, she has developed and managed successful marketing campaigns for over 900 community banks and credit unions spanning over 2000 specific campaigns.
Her number one priority is doing the right thing for her clients. It’s all about servicing the client, not selling the client. Understanding what works and what doesn’t work with result-driven data is what she strives for with any client project. Jennifer understands there may be delays on the client side, but the team at JMFA will do our best to move the process along as quickly and help the client as much as possible.
An avid traveler and reader, Jennifer also enjoys cooking, spending time with her dogs, and fostering when she can to help other animals find their forever homes.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska with a BSBA in Business and a Minor in English, she also achieved a Certificate of Completion in International Relations during her Sophomore year at Mansfield College, part of Oxford University in England.
