Justin Starnes is the Regional Director for JMFA. He closely works with Texas-based community banks and credit unions to learn about their challenges and offer solutions to help them maximize their performance. With 18 years of industry experience in management, including contract negotiations, strategy development and performance maximization—Justin knows how to provide exceptional guidance and support.

He served as a senior account executive for Whit-Co Checks in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma. Plus, for six years he was a bank officer at Amarillo National Bank. Justin looks forward to helping JMFA’s clients to ensure their goals are being met and satisfied.
