In her role, Cheryl provides strategic guidance to ADVANTAGE’s overdraft consulting practice, ensuring our community bank and credit union clients remain regulatorily compliant while effectively mitigating risks. As the primary liaison with Washington-based counsel, she offers invaluable support in navigating the intricate landscape of overdraft compliance and regulatory issues.
Cheryl’s expertise extends to providing direct client support, adeptly addressing compliance and litigation inquiries or concerns, offering expert advice and assistance, and conducting thorough data analysis. Recognized as a preeminent expert in compliance matters related to overdraft services, Cheryl is often requested as a contributor for written articles, and serving as a speaker or panelist at industry events.
