Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategies. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing website performance, and optimizing search engine visibility. The role also involves managing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Display, and search engines to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical, creative, and technical skills to track and enhance the performance of marketing campaigns while driving brand growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:  Develop and manage compelling blog posts, social media updates, website content, and other digital materials aligned with brand voice and objectives.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts across multiple platforms.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and track online conversations to foster community growth.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement strategies for improved search engine rankings through keyword research, technical SEO updates, and optimization of on-page content.

Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including:

  • LinkedIn and Facebook Ads: Create and manage paid social campaigns to target specific audiences effectively and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Google Display Ads: Develop and optimize visual ads to drive brand awareness and website traffic.
  • Paid Search (PPC): Manage keyword-focused campaigns on search engines to capture high-intent traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Remarketing Campaigns: Implement and manage remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors and drive conversions.

Web Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign KPIs.
  • Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members and account acquisition team to ensure cohesive and aligned digital marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Paid Advertising Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads (Display and Search), and remarketing tools.
  • Strong Writing and Editing: Proven ability to craft engaging and informative content for various digital platforms.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of platform-specific strategies and engagement best practices.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Marketing Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools for improving web visibility.
  • Graphic Design (Preferred): Ability to create visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Project Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
