  • Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign details, timelines, data requirements, and status updates
  • Review, clean, normalize, and segment mailing lists to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate production schedules and deployment timelines
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve data, production, or timing issues
  • Track campaign volumes, costs, and performance metrics by client and by month
  • Reconcile billing and invoicing related to direct mail activity
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, summaries, and pivot tables for reporting and forecasting
  • Identify errors, inefficiencies, or trends in data or execution and recommend improvements
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently while maintaining a consistent pipeline
  • Understanding of email, direct mail, SMS, marketing automation, print communications, or related communication workflows
  • Ability to explain technology-enabled communication solutions clearly and connect product capabilities to business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fully remote environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems to manage sales activity, pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by measurable goals

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Three or more years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience with prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • A background in selling direct mail, email, SMS, print services, marketing technology, customer communications, or related solutions is strongly preferred
  • Prior work experience working within a bank or credit union, or selling products or services to financial institutions, is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial institution marketing, operations, compliance, retail banking, deposit growth, or account holder engagement is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
