This feature allows financial institutions to identify accounts where proposed changes were not successfully updated in the core processor, ensuring accurate account management. Select the new “Reports” menu option in Advantage to view this report.
Custom Chat Settings in Advantage Intelligence:
Advantage Intelligence now offers enhanced customization options with new custom chat settings. Financial institutions can fine-tune responses to meet their specific needs, ensuring more personalized and efficient interactions with account holders.
Copy Button in Advantage Intelligence:
Advantage Intelligence now includes a convenient copy button. Users can easily duplicate selected message content, streamlining communication and saving time. Click on the message you want to copy to view the “Copy to Clipboard” button.
Email Statistics Feature:
The new Email Statistics feature in Advantage allows users to view comprehensive statistics on emails delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced. Users can specify a time frame and analyze the performance of individual letter types and email recipients. This feature provides invaluable insights into the effectiveness of email campaigns, enabling financial institutions to optimize their communication strategies and improve engagement with account holders.
Updates:
New How-To Video in CSuite:
To assist users, JMFA has added a new How-To video in the CSuite section of the JMFA Advantage platform. This video provides step-by-step guidance on utilizing essential Advantage features, ensuring users can fully maximize CSuite’s capabilities.
New Request Training Link in the Learning Center:
Users now have the option to request training through the newly added Request Training link in the Advantage Learning Center.
