Since joining the organization in 2001, Cheryl has advanced through a series of leadership roles, building a strong foundation in implementation, client support, and regulatory oversight. She is widely recognized for her expertise in compliance related to overdraft programs and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Cheryl brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, technology, and operations, with a background that includes consulting, communications, training, and project management. Prior to joining ADVANTAGE, she held leadership roles with DA Consulting Group, IBM, Chase Manhattan, and Bankers Trust, and also served as CEO of a startup focused on automation solutions for nonprofit organizations.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Rice University.
