Jennifer leads product development, implementation, and the continued evolution of the company’s technology solutions. With more than two decades of experience at the organization, she plays a key role in advancing product innovation while ensuring solutions are delivered accurately, consistently, and with a strong focus on client success.

Jennifer began her career with the company as an engagement consultant and progressed into leadership roles supporting client delivery and implementation. Today, she works closely with cross-functional teams to guide product enhancements, support system integrations, and ensure seamless onboarding and execution for financial institutions.

Known for her detail-oriented and hands-on approach, Jennifer drives accountability across teams and plays an active role in solving complex challenges—helping ensure that ADVANTAGE’s solutions perform reliably and deliver measurable value for clients.

Prior to joining the organization, Jennifer spent seven years as a project manager for a firm specializing in global information technology, financial operations, business process re-engineering, and training.
