In previous leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer, he led high-impact consulting initiatives, advanced technology-driven solutions, and helped develop Privilege Manager CRM^®, which powers the automation and key functionality behind ADVANTAGE’s overdraft solution. His leadership has strengthened client relationships, streamlined operations, and advanced the company’s position as a trusted partner in the financial services industry.

John’s expertise spans software and systems engineering, automation, and cost optimization—skills that have been instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and maximizing profitability. Prior to JMFA, he served as Vice President of Research & Development at Crosstalk Inc., delivering innovative technology solutions for major clients, and as a Senior Systems Engineer at AIM Management Mutual Funds, where he established and maintained enterprise-wide technical architecture standards.
