As Chief Administrator of JMFA, Kathy Morales plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency and organizational alignment. With over 45 years of administrative leadership experience across diverse industries—including financial services, legal, and property management—she brings a wealth of expertise in corporate administration, human resources, and executive support.

Since joining JMFA in 2003, Kathy has been instrumental in optimizing internal processes, enhancing communication, and overseeing key HR functions to foster a productive and cohesive workplace. Her leadership ensures that JMFA’s teams operate efficiently, supporting the company’s long-term growth and strategic objectives.

Prior to JMFA, Kathy served as Executive Administrator to the President and COO of RadioShack Corporation, where she managed high-level corporate initiatives and executive operations. She also spent over 14 years at Zale Corporation, where she worked directly with the Chairman and CEO as Senior Executive Assistant, in addition to serving as Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising—managing complex projects and strategic communications.

With a deep understanding of corporate administration, operational efficiency, and executive leadership, Kathy continues to be a driving force in JMFA’s success, ensuring the organization remains agile, well-structured, and primed for future opportunities.
