With decades of experience in corporate administration, human resources, and executive support, Kathy brings deep expertise across financial services and other industries. Since joining the organization in 2003, she has been instrumental in strengthening internal processes, supporting organizational alignment, and helping teams operate effectively to support long-term growth.
Prior to ADVANTAGE, Kathy held senior administrative roles with organizations including RadioShack Corporation and Zale Corporation, where she supported executive leadership and managed complex projects and communications.
Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Kathy plays an important role in ensuring the organization remains well-structured, responsive, and positioned to support both internal teams and client needs.
