Lauren Langlais serves as Vice President of Client Services for ADVANTAGE Direct, where she leads the strategy, delivery, and optimization of communication solutions for community banks and credit unions. She is responsible for ensuring financial institutions have the tools, support, and insights they need to strengthen customer engagement and drive measurable results.
In her role, Lauren oversees all aspects of client experience while shaping the operational frameworks that support continued growth. She partners across product, sales, technology, and executive leadership to streamline processes, enhance service models, and evolve the ADVANTAGE Direct offering in alignment with client needs.
Lauren brings more than a decade of leadership experience in customer communication strategy, program management, and omni-channel marketing operations. Throughout her career, she has led large client portfolios, managed cross-functional initiatives, and directed teams of engagement and client service professionals. She is known for improving organizational efficiency, elevating client satisfaction, and building high-performing teams that consistently exceed performance goals.
