Kelly Flynn

National Sales Director

Kelly Flynn offers more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the financial-services industry. As National Director for ADVANTAGE’s Contract Optimizer solutions, she helps institutions of all sizes maximize the value of their vendor relationships and align contract strategies with long-term organizational goals. Her background spans both credit union and corporate environments, giving her a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities financial institutions face today.

Since joining the company in 2008, Kelly has been an integral part of the Contract Optimizer team, contributing to its mission of enhancing the performance of every third-party vendor contract to support the strategic vision of each client institution. Her earlier career includes roles with HarlandClarke, John H. Harland, Liberty Checks and Services, and Bayou Federal Credit Union.

Kelly is a graduate of Baylor University, where she earned a B.A. in Communications and Business Administration. She has completed numerous sales, negotiation, and communications courses from leading organizations. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling, and is actively involved in community service through the Salvation Army Angels program and her local church, helping provide meaningful holiday experiences for children in need.
