ADVANTAGE is seeking a highly motivated project manager to lead client implementation projects from start to go-live. This role ensures that clients successfully implement ADVANTAGE’s recommended strategies, programs, and software solutions on schedule and in full compliance.
Implementation Managers play a vital role in maintaining our Client for Life philosophy—building strong, lasting relationships that deliver exceptional value and outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through each phase of implementation while ensuring recommendations align with compliance requirements and support their strategic business goals.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring implementation decisions align with their broader business goals. You will maintain strong engagement across client teams at every level, proactively advocating for client needs and resolving issues before they become obstacles.
You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, directly impacting outcomes that drive measurable results and return on investment. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will promote best practices and support long-term success across client organizations.
This is a fully remote opportunity with meaningful client-facing responsibilities and ownership of multiple implementation projects. You’ll lead community banks and credit unions through onboarding and go-live planning, ensuring ADVANTAGE’s overdraft solution is implemented smoothly and positioned for long-term success.
