Position Overview

ADVANTAGE is seeking a highly motivated project manager to lead client implementation projects from start to go-live. This role ensures that clients successfully implement ADVANTAGE’s recommended strategies, programs, and software solutions on schedule and in full compliance.

Implementation Managers play a vital role in maintaining our Client for Life philosophy—building strong, lasting relationships that deliver exceptional value and outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through each phase of implementation while ensuring recommendations align with compliance requirements and support their strategic business goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption of recommendations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client project teams from data gathering through post-launch follow-up.
  • Develop customized implementation timelines and align milestones to meet the designated go-live date.
  • Conduct team meetings with both ADVANTAGE and client stakeholders to maintain progress and address potential risks.
  • Submit status reports to internal management to ensure visibility into project milestones and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Regional Directors to address key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementation risks.
  • Facilitate Go/No-Go meetings with internal stakeholders and lead post-implementation reviews to identify best practices.
  • Customize client deliverables—including policies, procedures, disclosures, and training materials—for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review client websites and account-opening processes to ensure compliant presentation of overdraft services.
  • Train client staff on ADVANTAGE software and daily operational procedures.
  • Maintain expertise in core processing systems and ADVANTAGE’s suite of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce additional ADVANTAGE products or services.

You will maintain strong engagement across client teams at every level, proactively advocating for client needs and resolving issues before they become obstacles.

You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, directly impacting outcomes that drive measurable results and return on investment. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will promote best practices and support long-term success across client organizations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience (SaaS, fintech, or banking preferred).
  • Banking or credit union experience required—consumer-facing, back-office, or service provider.
  • Knowledge of overdraft, courtesy pay, and core processing systems strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Strong executive relationship-building and client communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly with procedures and documentation.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting client satisfaction and cross-sell goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP® or CAPM® certification is a plus.
