Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Launch Manager to lead client onboarding and campaign execution for Checking Acquisition programs. This role is responsible for managing the transition from signed contract to successful campaign launch across direct mail, digital, email, and CPA/lead acquisition channels.

The Launch Manager plays a critical role in aligning internal teams, ensuring data readiness, and delivering seamless client experiences. This position requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales-to-onboarding handoff, ensuring clear alignment on client goals, strategy, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage end-to-end client launch timelines across multiple marketing channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget
  • Support targeting strategy development and channel mix recommendations to drive acquisition results
  • Oversee client data onboarding, including file transfers, data feeds, and system integration needs
  • Conduct preliminary data analysis to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign setup
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reporting insights to internal teams and clients
  • Identify and help resolve data or operational issues in partnership with Product and IT teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable security standards
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the launch process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Technical proficiency with data tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar solutions
  • Experience working with data feeds, file transfers, and marketing technology platforms
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in client onboarding, marketing operations, or multi-channel campaign management
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions highly preferred
  • Background in performance marketing, CPA/lead acquisition, or digital marketing is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with direct mail and cross-channel marketing strategies preferred
